These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and wni7 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://wni7.cam. These Terms govern your access to and use of all content, features, functionality and services offered through the wni7 platform.

wni7 is an English-language online betting and casino information platform designed for players in Pakistan. We provide transparent information on sports betting, live casino products, game categories, bonuses and responsible gambling. wni7 is not a gambling operator and does not hold a Pakistan gambling licence. We do not accept deposits, process bets or pay out winnings directly to users.

In these Terms, the following expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the wni7 Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions. You must satisfy all of these conditions before creating an account or using the Platform's features:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the relevant operator's licensing jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be prohibited or restricted by any applicable law, regulation or court order from accessing gambling-related information or gambling services.
• You must register using accurate, complete and truthful personal information. Providing false details is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You must maintain only one active account on the Platform. Multiple accounts per person are not permitted.
• You must not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

wni7 reserves the right to require verification of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our reasonable satisfaction.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for lawful personal and informational purposes, subject to these Terms.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Using the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable law, regulation or these Terms.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers or related systems.
• Uploading or transmitting any malicious code, virus, spyware or disruptive software.
• Scraping, crawling or otherwise harvesting data from the Platform without our express written consent.
• Reproducing, distributing or creating derivative works from Platform Content without authorisation.
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud or any other financial crime.
• Engaging in conduct that harasses, threatens or harms other users or Platform personnel.
• Using automated bots, scripts or other non-human means to access or interact with the Platform.

Any breach of these prohibited-use provisions may result in immediate account suspension, termination and, where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create a registered account. When doing so, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth and a valid email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
• Keep your account credentials — including your password — strictly confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Not share, sell, transfer or otherwise allow any third party to access your account.

wni7 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably suspect has been compromised or is being used in breach of these Terms.

Where KYC verification is required — for example, before a withdrawal can be processed — you must submit valid identity documentation as requested. Failure to complete KYC verification within any specified timeframe may result in your account being restricted or closed.

The following provisions apply to deposit transactions on the Platform, where applicable. Specific deposit terms, minimum amounts and supported payment methods are determined by the relevant Operator and may change without notice.

• Deposits must be made from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• The minimum deposit amount, where applicable, shall be as specified in the Operator's current cashier. Illustrative figures referenced on this Platform (such as PKR 1,000) are not binding on any Operator and are provided for informational purposes only.
• Payment method references on wni7 — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as familiar local context for Pakistani users only. These references do not constitute an endorsement of gambling by those payment providers, nor do they confirm that any such provider currently supports gambling transactions.
• wni7 does not process, hold or control funds on behalf of users. All financial transactions are handled directly between the user and the relevant Operator.
• You are responsible for all transaction fees, currency conversion charges and any other costs associated with your chosen payment method.

Withdrawal of funds is subject to the following conditions and the specific policies of the relevant Operator:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method held in your own verified name. This requirement is non-negotiable and exists to prevent fraud and money laundering.
• You must have successfully completed the applicable KYC verification process before any withdrawal request can be approved.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method, Operator and your account verification status. References to processing speeds on this Platform are illustrative only — we do not guarantee any specific timeframe.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts, maximum withdrawal limits and any applicable withdrawal fees are set by the relevant Operator and are subject to change.
• The Operator may withhold or delay a withdrawal pending investigation where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, breach of these Terms or AML (Anti-Money Laundering) concerns.
• Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering conditions before they may be withdrawn. Please refer to Section 8 (Bonuses & Promotions) for further detail.

wni7 may describe or reference bonus offers and promotions from time to time for informational purposes. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms provide otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. For illustrative purposes, a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 20× rollover requires PKR 1,00,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is met. Actual rollover requirements are set by the Operator.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active, a maximum permitted bet limit (illustratively PKR 1,000 per bet) typically applies. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and related winnings.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute different percentages towards clearing wagering requirements. Slots commonly contribute 100%; table games and live dealer games often contribute a reduced percentage (e.g., 10%–20%). Always check the specific game contribution table for each promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses are valid for a limited period only — commonly 7 to 30 days from activation. Any unused bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited after the expiry date.
• Sticky vs Non-sticky Bonuses: A non-sticky (withdrawable) bonus means the bonus principal may be withdrawn once wagering is satisfied. A sticky bonus may only be used for wagering; only profits generated from a sticky bonus are withdrawable upon meeting the rollover requirement.
• Maximum Cash-out: Certain promotions impose a cap on the amount that may be withdrawn from bonus winnings (illustratively PKR 25,000). Winnings above this cap may be forfeited at the Operator's discretion.
• Minimum Qualifying Deposit: Most bonuses require a qualifying deposit (illustratively PKR 1,000) to activate. Deposits below the qualifying threshold may not trigger the promotion.

All bonus figures referenced on this Platform are illustrative only and should not be relied upon as confirmed Operator offers. Users must read the relevant Operator's current promotion terms before claiming any bonus.

wni7 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional reference at any time without notice.

All Intellectual Property rights in and to the Platform, including but not limited to the wni7 brand name, logo, domain name, website design, source code, text content, graphics, data compilations and analyses, are the exclusive property of wni7 or its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as transferring any ownership rights in wni7's Intellectual Property to you. You are granted no licence to use any wni7 Intellectual Property other than the limited right to access the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes as expressly permitted under these Terms.

• You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any Platform Content without our prior written permission.
• You may not use the wni7 name, logo or branding in any way that implies affiliation, endorsement or sponsorship without our express consent.
• Any feedback, suggestions or ideas you submit regarding the Platform may be used by wni7 freely without compensation or acknowledgement.

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wni7 expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

In particular:

• wni7 makes no representations as to the accuracy, completeness or currency of any Content on the Platform. Information may become outdated and users should independently verify all material facts before acting on them.
• wni7 is not responsible for any gambling losses, financial losses or other damages incurred by users as a result of engaging with any Operator or undertaking any gambling activity based on information obtained from this Platform.
• wni7 does not guarantee the continuous availability of the Platform and accepts no liability for any interruption, suspension or technical failure.
• Nothing on this Platform constitutes gambling advice, financial advice or legal advice. Users must seek independent professional counsel where appropriate.
• wni7's total aggregate liability to any User, in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, shall not exceed the greater of PKR 5,000 or any direct amounts actually paid by you to wni7 in the preceding twelve months.

wni7 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other applicable Platform policy.
• Provision of false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Failure to satisfy KYC or AML verification requirements within any specified timeframe.
• Underage use of the Platform, or use in a jurisdiction where access is prohibited.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening or harmful to other users or Platform staff.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us via the support email address listed in Section 15 of these Terms. Account closure does not extinguish any obligations that accrued before the date of closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which wni7 is registered, to the extent permissible by law. Nothing in this clause limits the mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of Pakistan or your country of residence.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

wni7 reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice — for example, by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending an email to your registered address.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform and, if applicable, close your account.
